From humble beginnings as the Rockwood Ball Valve representatives in the 1960’s
We own and operate a modern fully staffed sales office and warehouse located in Exton PA. Our office and warehouse facility allows us to easily service our customer base. We pride ourselves on quick response times to any of our customers’ needs. We provide pricing and job takeoff / quotations, valve application issues and trouble shooting.
Our agency maintains a presence at all levels of the distribution chain. End user, contractor, distributor, engineering, specification, service, and code enforcement represent important and necessary parts of our everyday routine in promoting Apollo Valves.
Our goal is to provide our customers with professional, knowledgeable, ethical, well-qualified, proactive, support, both before and after the sale. We strive to know our products better than anyone else and we accomplish this by training and educating our sales team at every opportunity.
Nurturing a strong sales team both inside and out, we stress communication and education. We encourage the free exchange of information, ideas, best practices, suggestions, and feedback (both positive and negative). We also support and will continue to utilize technical sessions hosted by our principals, both online and in person.
Reinvestment plays a key role in providing the high level of service you expect and we demand of ourselves. Service is our product, and the better service we are able to provide the more valuable we are to our customers.
We maintain a modern warehouse with loading dock. Our facility is clean and well maintained, with 20’ pallet racking throughout. We stock Apollo Backflow parts and accessories that allow us to provide same or next day service. We are technically proficient and offer phone and field support.
